Very friendly staff, clean cabin, and fun all around. We stayed in cabin 10. Kayak, paddle board, canoe are all free and use when you want. Fishing boat and pontoon rentals have a fee. Also really nice it's right on the bike path
Anderson's Cove is our family favorite! We have been there the past 4 years and stayed in Cabins #1 and #2. The cabins are clean, well kept and comfortable. The resort is well maintained and an incredible gem on Leech Lake! The staff is helpful and low key. The atmosphere is family and pet friendly. Its a great fishing lake that won't disappoint!
First resort anyone in my family has been to that cleans the fish you catch for you. Very impressed with all of it. Covered docks to protect boats, spacious cabins, has its own boat ramp.
RIGHT on Steamboat Bay. Nice cabins WITH AC but no WiFi. They do have TV though, and there is Wi-Fi in the lodge. I had a remote work arrangement for part of our trip and I was able to work from the lodge with an extension cord and find a seat in the back. Chris and Ann are very accommodating and nice people - the “Minnesota nice” (as it’s called I think) is very prevalent at this resort. There are boats available to rent or boat slips are available for purchase for the week. They even have gas to fill your boat up with right at the resort- you don’t even have to get out of your boat! The fishing is world class as well. Ask literally any of the lodge regulars and they’ll know a spot. Fish cleaning is also available.
Nice camp for fishing. All boat docks covered with 110 service. Beds comfy. The lodge wasn't too active as a gathering place but with COVID19 going on and us just wanting to fish that wasn't an issue. Only a few minor negatives. Small fish house for cleaning. Not really an issue since fishing was bad. And some of the windows on our cabin needed repairs. Other than those miner things a nice camp.
Chris, Anne and Cole make your stay so relaxed and comfortable. Cabins are very nice and also comfortable. Well run and their guests are their priority one. We loved our stay and will be back. Thank you

My family rents a cabin here for a week every summer. Cabins are always clean and have every necessity. All the staff at the lodge are very helpful and friendly. The activities for kids are always a hit. Good location for fishing or shopping in town.
